Thermal Insulation
- Ceiling - Ceiling insulation can be provided with R values from R2.5 to R7.0
- Wall - Insulation batts for walls are available in R-values from R1.5 to R2.7
- Under Floor - Insulation batts specifically for under-floors are available in R-values from R2.1 to R2.5
- Sub-Floor - Insulation batts between floors are available in R-values from R1.5 to R7.0
- Under Soffit - Ambisol specialises in fixing under slab (soffit) insulation to ensure that your construction meets the new BCA regulations for Thermal Performance.
Acoustic Insulation & Noise Reduction
- Walls - Partition batts and other insulation products with density from 11kg/m2 to 130kg/m2 provide many alternatives to meet your thermal and acoustic requirements.
- Ceilings - Ceiling overlay insulation products are designed to reduce noise behind ceiling linings.
- Sub Floors - Insulation installed in-between floors can significantly reduce noise between floor levels within your home.
- Waste and Storm Water pipes - Pipe Lagging - Using products such as AcoustiLag to control noise from pipes, deflecting noise back into its source.
- Acoustic Panels - Noise absorption / resonator panels reduce vocal and industrial noise including pumps, burners, boilers, fans, compressors, air conditioners, ventilation plant, electrical insulation, blasting, bass music, road, rail and air traffic, cooling towers, flares, turbines, wind farms, and general heavy industry.
- Plant room noise absorption systems - Ambisol uses industrial style resonators made from 100% Aluminium honeycomb, sandwiched between Aluminium Skins with one side containing micro perforations. Each honeycomb cell and perforation forms a resonator, cancelling low frequency waves when they contact the panel.
- Hot and Chilled Pipe - Ambisol offers a range of glasswool and rockwool pipe insulation suitable for the external insulation of pipework.
- Tanks, Boilers and Vessels - Ambisol offers a range of specially designed insulation products for use in industrial process applications. These products have been designed for medium to high temperature applications where personnel protection, reduced energy loss and noise dampening are required.
