New R2.5 & R2.7 Glasswool Wall Batts

Ambisol has added CSR Bradford’s Gold High Performance wall batts to its product range.

Previously it was difficult to achieve R2.5 in a 90mm wall cavity. Products such as Rockwool Soundscreen was required to achieve this rating. Even though this is still great product it came with a price premium. Now you have an option to use Glasswool with an R2.5 or R2.7 rating.

Pipe Lagging / Partition Batts for Maric

Ambisol has completed the first stage of pipe lagging and partition batts for  Maric Development’s Altona North site.

The project will provide housing for people with disabilities under a partnership agency Housing Choices Australia. This project received $9.4 million dollars from the Government’s Nation Building Economic Stimulus Plan.

Ambisol’s team were praised for the quality of their Pipe Lagging skills. Using Pyroteks’s Soundlag 4525C our team have ensured that all specifications have been met using specialised bends and correct taping procedures.

Partition batts were also installed using CSR Bradford’s 75mm Glasswool Partition Batt (11kg/m3) for internal walls and further sound proofing under waste pipes.
