The product you will be installing is free to the house holder and saves them money making your selling job easy.

You will also require some technical skills to install energy saving devices. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you have all the knowledge required.

Admin / Bookkeeper role – Join the team !

Due to expansion, Ambisol is seeking an Administration assistant / Bookkeeper to join its current team in the Western Melbourne region.

The candidate is required to have:

  • Advanced Quickbooks experience
  • AR/AP experience
  • Payroll experience
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Data entry skills
  • General administration skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong Knowledge of MS Office Suite – particularly Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Time management skills

Your duties will include:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Data entry
  • General accounts
  • Filing
  • Administration duties
  • Support the customer service team.

Insulation Supervisor / Inspector

Ambisol is an emerging business in the insulation and sound proofing industry. As an extension to its current operations the business is engaging in a specialised inspection program.

Ambisol is seeking Insulation Inspectors to assist in completing inspections of residential dwellings which have insulation installed under the Federal Governments Home Insulation Program.

The responsibilities will incude -:

· Performing inspections of insulation installations in residential dwellings
· Completing risk assessments and inspection reports using an electronic PDA
· Completing minor rectification work

Ambisol is recruiting for separate positions that include Inspection Supervisors and Inspectors that will make up inspection teams.

Essential requirements for each role include -:

Inspection Supervisor -:

· More than 2 years building trade experience or
· More than 2 years experience as an insulation installer (or insulation industry experience)
· Workcover OH&S General Induction Card for Construction Work in Victoria (Red & white cards)
· Ability to submit a Police Clearance with no criminal history
· Attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively and record data accurately.
· High levels of customer service, honesty and integrity
· Ability to work jointly with an Inspector that you will supervise on all inspection
· Ability to continually climb into roof spaces and work in demanding conditions
· Ability to follow defined processes particularly strict OH&S procedures

Inspector-:

· More than 6 months building trade experience or
· More than 6 month experience as an insulation installer (or insulation industry experience)
· Workcover OH&S General Induction Card for Construction Work in Victoria (Red & white cards)
· Ability to submit a Police Clearance with no criminal history
· Attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively and record data accurately.
· High levels of customer service, honesty and integrity
· Ability to work within an inspection team and follow directions
· Ability to continually climb into roof spaces and work in demanding conditions
· Ability to follow defined processes particularly strict OH&S procedures

Ambisol will provide -:

· Uniforms and PPE equipment
· Further training (if required)
· Competitive remuneration linked to the candidate’s experience

The roles are expected to be 6 months casual or contract positions. There may be potential to retain staff post the inspection program in related roles due to expanding nature of the Ambisol business.

Installers – we need you !

Ambisol provides a supply and install service to the domestic and commercial insulation markets.

Due to expansion, Ambisol is seeking sub-contract Insulation Installers to join its current team in the Melbourne / Geelong regions.

The installer will be required to install insulation to new and existing homes. This includes ceiling insulation, wall insulation and sisalation wrapping. Installers will at times need to work in confined spaces.

It is expected that installers will have or will be willing to meet the following requirements -:

• Reliable, roadworthy vehicle with the ability to tow specified trailer
• At least a – 6×8 roadworthy caged trailer (or similar vehicle)
• Industry OH&S Safety card (RED CARD)
• Public liability insurance

Ambisol prefers that each contracting team work in pairs. There are some opportunities to join existing contracting teams.

Ambisol insists on the highest safety standards. Experience in the insulation industry is preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided.
